If you go over your allowance for the month we will not automatically charge you anything but will instead shape your connection to 1Mbps down and 1Mbps up.
You are able to change your plan to the Unlimited option at any time during your quota period, so if you need to get back up to full speeds, hop in to the Customer Portal and submit a change to your quota.
Please note that to remove shaping, after submitting a plan change and it being successfully completed, you will need to powercycle your router and roof equipment.
