You may find that your current plan no longer suits your needs, and you need to change it.
Doing so is simple via the "Plan Configurator" found in the Customer Portal
Once you've logged in to the Customer Portal, you'll find a "My Service" section, pictured below.
Click the "Customise Plan" option show above, which will take you to the "Plan Configurator" screen, pictured below.
Here you can change the speed, quota and applicable extras on your service.
All plan changes are subject to confirmation, as testing is at times required to ensure we are able to provide the options you have selected.
You'll be provided with a confirmation email upon submission of your request, and be kept informed of it's progress too.
All plan changes are effective from the moment you receive the emailing advising they have been accepted and completed, so no need to wait for your rollover to submit plan adjustments!
Please note: Due to the nature of the service Uniti Wireless provides, not all speed options will be available for all Customers, and all changes to speeds are subject to confirmation after submission.
