Guide to your first time connecting to our network
The configuration of your airCube is made quite simple by the partner app supplied by the manufacturer.
The guide below will take you through to process, and once completed should have you up and browsing using your new Uniti Wireless service.
There are two version of the app required, known as "UNMS", depending on your chosen smart phone.
If you are using an Applie (IOS) device, start by searching in the App store for "UNMS Mobile", and downloading it to your device.
A link to the app can be found below
Once you have installed the app, open it and you will be presented with the following screen.
These generic settings are usable for most Ethernet compatible routers, and can be used with your Uniti service.
- Username: username@unitiair
- Encapsulation PPPoE
- Authentication Method: CHAP, PAP or Auto
- Connection Type: Ethernet WAN
While this should be all you need to configure in *most* compatible routers, sometimes there are other settings that may need adjusting.
Uniti Support are happy to speak with you regarding configuration of your hardware, but be aware that this is best effort, and you may be directed to the manufacturer for further assistance.
If you have purchased a router from Uniti directly, a step by step guide on how to configured it can be found below.
