Depending on your contract length there may be an activation fee for your Fibre Broadband service.

This is $99 for no lock in contracts and $49 for 12 month contracts and FREE on 24 month contracts!

There may be a “New Development Fee” if the service is the first connection at the premises and the premises is classified as a “Greenfields” location (new development). This will be determined at the time of signup and you will be advised accordingly.

Please note that the "New Development Fee" is NOT an installation fee, but a connection fee and is charged by the Wholesale Provider, and passed on to you, the Customer.
