Relocating your service is effectively treated as a new signup at a new location, and the subsequent cancellation at your old location.
We can run the two services concurrently if you wish (charges of course apply for each service) or cancel off the old service on a date that you choose, just make sure you let the Sale Team know of your intention when signing up for your new service.
Costs for relocation are the same as what is charge for a new Customer, which vary based on the contract your select. These are outlined on our Plans page.
