If you have chosen to purchase a the Huawei router offered by our friendly Sales Team, you're in luck!

Through the magic of the internet this device configured itself, so it's really simple to get you up and streaming in no time!

All you need to do is connect up your wired or wireless devices, and off you go!

You can find the appropriate guide for the type of broadband that has been provided to your location in the list below.

- Fibre to the Premises (FTTP)
- VDSL
- Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC)

If however you do need to log in to the device to change any settings, you can do so using the credentials below

Address: 192.168.1.1
Username :admin
Password: admin

Note - Please don't go fiddling around too much with the settings, unless you are sure you know what you are doing!

If you do find that you've messed something up, or are having issues with the device, you can factory reset it using the reset button on the rear.

Press it in for 10 seconds with a paperclip or pin and then allow 5-10 minutes for the router to configure itself.
