When calling about an account, please ensure that you have the details handy that relate to it, and be aware that we will only be able to access an account, and discuss it in detail with you, if you are the account holder or an authorised contact.
This is as per our Customer Service Agreement with you, which can be found here, and ensures that we keep your personal details safe.
If you wish to add another authorised person to your account, you can do so by submitting a completed Authorised Representative Form, located here.
